One thing about me that you all must know, I love bright colors, and now that the weather is warmer, I plan to wear nothing but bright and vibrant colors this spring and summer.OOTD 
I got this skirt last year, and this was the first time I wore it out. I paired with a Tee from Faith 21 and wore my favorite payless flats.
